WEIRD FANTASY 

The first issue of CRUCIFIED TOAD was published in 1970, edited by John Muir (with assistance from David Britton). It also included an eight page supplement of rock music reviews by Muir and Britton. This was the only issue published by John Muir.

In 1969, David Britton and John Muir had co-edited another fanzine called WEIRD FANTASY for two issues, which then changed its name with issue 3, to BOGNOR REGIS (Published in1972). 

The zine then changed names again in 1974 with issue 4, published using the CRUCIFIED TOAD title.
